Valet/Drop- off Instructions
VALET INSTRUCTIONS
- Old Town Auto Detailing offer Valet services for your appointment. Upon booking with us please call or send a text to schedule/confirm pickup location. We will pick up and drop off your vehicle for no extra charge if the following conditions are met.
-Vehicle is ready to be picked up on time at the pre-determined destination.
-You do not live north of Dunkirk, Maryland or south of Price Frederick, MD.
- Vehicle will be inspected immediately at pick-up and pictures taken of all existing damages.
DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS
- Confirm the drop-off location: Make sure you know the exact location where the car should be dropped off. Double-check the address and any special instructions before dropping off the car.
- Follow any specific guidelines: If there are specific instructions for the drop-off location, such as a specific entrance to use or a particular person to speak to, make sure to follow those instructions.
- Provide necessary information: If required, provide any necessary information such as your name, rental agreement number, or any other relevant details.
- Remove personal belongings: Make sure you remove all your personal belongings from the car before dropping them off.
- Lock the car: Ensure that the car is locked and all windows are closed before dropping it off.
- Return the keys: If you are returning a rental car, make sure you return the keys to the rental company's representative or in the designated drop box.
- Confirm drop off: If possible, get a confirmation of the drop-off, such as a receipt or email confirmation, to avoid any confusion or disputes later on.
It's important to follow these instructions carefully to ensure a smooth drop-off process and avoid any additional fees or charges.
